Dracula, a board game

The aim of this lesson is to turn Bram Stoker's "Dracula" into a board game, involving the collaborative effort of the whole class. Students will discuss how the characters in Dracula "advance", what obstacles they face, what gives strenght to characters, what symbols can be used and what alternative endings can be conceived. In groups, they will design the game, decorating the board, setting the rules, writing the cards, etc... Together, they should explain why vampires have always been popular and what they represent. There is a vocabulary section with recorded pronunciation.
