Video: Native Americans
This 3 minute video by National Geographic traces the origins of Native Americans back to 30000 years ago. It explains the impact of white settlers and how Indians were forced to live in reservations from the 18th century onwards. Today these tribes are still fighting for their rights and their identity. Students can listen to simple past structures and vocabulary about folklore. There is a comprehension quiz but no transcript or notes.
